Pro-rata refund to the hospital in the event of service disruption or cessation due to unforeseen circumstances.
Quality Assurance:
Refund or service credit to the hospital if our services do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
Billing Errors:
Corrections and refunds to the hospitalsfor any billing errors identified and reported within a specified timeframe.
Non-Delivery of Agreed Services:
Full refund to the hospital if Dr. Jaanch fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the contractual terms
